Our cast iron hydraulic cylinders are a bright solution to reduce costs and eliminate leakages.
These hydraulic cylinders are made with a cast iron body that incorporates the tube, the guide, the rear cover, and the oil port on a simple effect hydraulic cylinder. This has no weld, and therefore no leakage. And prices are very low.
Some double effect applications like steering cylinders can use this technology, although we only incorporate the oil ports (with no welds) to the cylinder tube.
The cast iron bodies are made in our own foundry, where we can control the material composition, which is key for this application.
