We design these hydraulic cylinders using our Design-for-Life techniques based on many internal tests and calculations. We then manufacture these hydraulic cylinders with our best-in-class processes: honing after weld, rod-eye machining after weld, key operations like weld, paint, assembly and part of the hydraulic test done 100% by robots, and a systematic hydraulic test on all hydraulic cylinders before they leave the line.
We can also add special functionalities like valves, damping systems, and more to best meet the applications needs.
