Roquet develops and manufactures hydraulic cylinders for special applications requiring specially high life and minimal leakages. We could highlight the cylinders for jet bridges (also called "fingers"), solar tracking systems, dock levellers, or special applications with zero leakages for the food industry.
We design these hydraulic cylinders so that they can work for many years with no maintainance and no defects, thanks to our best-in-class processes: honing after weld, key operations like weld, paint, assembly and part of the hydraulic test done 100% by robots, and a systematic hydraulic test on all hydraulic cylinders before they leave the line.
We can also add special functionnalities like valves, damping systems, and more to best meet the applications needs.
